Introduction:
Strategic, financial and operational planning and & performance management solutions are described as being fully integrated. However, solution providers don’t always describe key integration features in clear and simple terms. One way of viewing fully integrated processes is to describe characteristics that should be absent, examples of which are provided below in Exhibit 1.
These characteristics are some of the more important ones to understand. These, as well as others, are described (in non-technical terms) in more detail in the following video.
