The following videos reflect our perspectives about Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in global manufacturing organizations. They explain why these manufacturers have unique requirements for coping with complexity and how more mature and strategic forms of IBP resolve them. Provides a high level overview of a maturity model that contrasts Strategic IBP and Tactical IBP. Introduces 4 critical capability gaps that represent the difference between these two forms of IBP. Explains what prescriptive analytics is and why mature forms of IBP require a tool that is shared by Finance and Operations. Also makes the distinction between mature and immature forms of prescriptive analytics.
